This two story rustic cabin with real hand hewn logs is located in the "Village of Greer" near the Lazy Bear and Fishing Lodge cabins in the meadow. It has two babbling brooks running on this one acre of property. Enjoy the evenings with the fire pit and roasting some marshmallows and making s' mores with the family while admiring the sky full of the brightest stars in Arizona. Everything in Greer is in walking distance from this cabin spectacular cabin. It is approximately 1300 square foot and has two bedrooms and a loft. Decorated with John Wayne decorations truly making this a very cozy cabin. One bedroom is on the lower floor, the master bedroom and loft are on the second Floor. Booking/Cancellation

Minimum Stay: 2 Nights.

Dogs: Only mature dogs. No puppies. $20.00 per night per dog.
Persons: Any person over the age 3 years is considered an occupant.
Arrival time: 3:00P.M. Early arrivals are fee based.
Departure time: 10:30A.M.Late departure if feasible Bookings: 50% of total is required at the time of booking to hold the requested dates and the balance will be deducted from your credit card 5 to 7 days before check-in date. We will send you information, directions, and the code to the lock box where you will find the key. No need to check in anywhere. Cancellations more than 30 days from the earliest booking date is fully refundable less handling fee of $45.00. Cancellation less than 30 days prior to your arrival date ARE NON REFUNDABLE, unless we are able to rebook the dates. We will make every reasonable attempt to rebook those dates. Lazy Trout Cabin Rentals LLP will issue a refund for the days we are able to rebook the booked dates less $45.00 for handling fee. Absolutely NO smoking in cabin
