There are eight (8) cozy rooms for our guests. Each room has a queen/king bed, full bath with tub and shower, microwave oven, small refrigerator, TV with DVD player. Some rooms can accommodate up to 4 people. Each unit has one queen bed (except Rooms 1,3, 4,5 and 8 have king beds), One rooms has bunk beds, two rooms have an additional twin bed. The porch has a beautiful view of the Greer valley and many times, there will be either deer or elk, and sometimes both, in the early mornings and late evenings.
There is no daily cleaning, but we will exchange your towels for fresh ones as often as needed. If you are staying more than one week, we will come in and change all your bedding and towels
The Lazy Trout Motel has a shared gas BBQ for your
use at the patio.

All reservations must be secured by payment via credit card for one half (50%) of the full extent of your stay. Your fees are not refundable if cancellation is less than 15 days from your arrival date. You can call us 48 hours prior to your arrival date and you will be afforded the opportunity to use those days at another date within the next 6 month period (excluding holidays),depending upon availability. If you cancel more than 15 days prior to your arrival date, the entire amount is refundable minus $45.00 for credit card charges and handling fees.
Once you check in, you are obligated for the full extent of your reservation.
Smoking in the rooms will cost you a $250.00 cleaning fee.
Leaving dogs unattended will be a $200.00 fee.
