The living room, dining room, and master bedroom has hand scraped teak flooring and pine ceiling from the Rodeo-Chediski Fire.

This cabin has two and one half baths.
Master bedroom on the lower level has California King bed with master bathroom with tub and shower stall and two wash basins. The upper level has a very large room with a full bath. In this bedroom there are two queen beds and one bunk bed. The loft has a queen futon. The living room has two sofas, one love seat, and a queen sleeper sofa.
Heated 500 sq. ft. garage - game room with queen hide-a-bed.
Exterior of cabin has stained cedar siding with plenty of malpais volcanic rock walls, walkways, and back yard patio.
This cabin is located in the"Village of Greer" in a secluded part of Greer in a meadow with abundant wildlife all around this cabin. Everything in the village of Greer is in walking distance from this cabin.  A small creek runs through the back yard.

This cabin works great for 6 adults and 6 children. No more than 12 can ever be brought to this cabin. If you want to use this cabin as a family gatherign you MUST call or email to get our permisson. You must also put a $500.00 refundable deposit. Large groups have proven to do more damage to our property and can upset the neighborhood.

Dogs: Only mature dogs. No puppies. $20.00 per night per dog. Persons: Any person over the age 3 years is considered an occupant.
Arrival time: 3:00P.M. Early arrivals are fee based.
Departure time: 10:30A.M.Late departure if feasible  Bookings: 50% of total is required at the time of booking to hold the requested dates and the balance will be deducted from your credit card 5 to 7 days before check-in date. We will send you information, directions, and the code to the lock box where you will find the key. No need to check in anywhere. Cancellations more than 30 days from the earliest booking date is fully refundable less handling fee of $45.00. Cancellation less than 30 days prior to your arrival date ARE NON REFUNDABLE, unless we are able to rebook the dates. We will make every reasonable attempt to rebook those dates. Lazy Trout Cabin Rentals LLP will issue a refund for the days we are able to rebook the booked dates less $45.00 for handling fee. Absolutely NO smoking in cabin
