This cabin on over one acre of land is surrounded by beautiful Aspens and pines. It's unique location is hidden by beautiful willows. The fence around the cabin will keep your dogs from wondering away. The wildlife going by this property is simply breathtaking. The single floor cabin has two bedrooms with a queen beds. The living room has a hide-a-bed.

Rates: $155 per night up to 2 persons. $20/night each additional person. Rates subject to change without notice and does not include tax. Holidays premium rate may apply.
Seventh Night: is Free. Longer stay discounts available please contact us.
Dogs: Only mature dogs. No puppies.$20/night per dog (limit 2)
Minimum Stay: 2 nights. Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years require a 4 night stay.
We Accept: Visa, Master, Discover & Amex

Persons: Any person over the age of 12 months (1 year) is considered an occupant.
Arrival time: 3:00P.M.
Departure time: 10:30A.M.
Bookings: 50% of total is required at the time of booking to hold the requested dates and the balance is due 10 days before your arrival date. Lazy Trout will send you an agreement with dates, terms and conditions and this agreement will need to be signed and returned to Lazy Trout by date specified.
Cancellations more than 30 days from the earliest booking date is fully refundable less handling fee of $50.00. Cancellation less than 30 days prior to your arrival date ARE NON REFUNDABLE, unless we are able to rebook the dates. We will make every reasonable attempt to rebook those dates. Lazy Trout LLC will issue a refund for the days we are able to rebook the booked dates less $50.00 for handling fee. Exceptions are made on a case by case basis.
First come and first to pay deposit will have reservations. Cabins are not held without payment for deposit.
