This single story cabin build with logs is located near the"Village of Greer" on top of the hill with easy access. This cabin is named Hilltop because the back of the cabin is on top of a canyon and there is a spectacular view unmatched to most cabins in Greer. This cabin has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The Third Bedroom has trundle beds. These beds make into two single beds ideal for two boys not willing to got share the same bed. The living room has nice wide screen TV. Internet Wi-Fi and DirecTV along with a DVD player for your entertainment.

Bookings: 50% of total is required at the time of booking to hold the requested dates and the balance is due 10 days before your arrival date. Lazy Trout will send you an agreement with dates, terms and conditions and this agreement will need to be signed and returned to Lazy Trout by date specified.
Cancellations more than 30 days from the earliest booking date is fully refundable less handling fee of $50.00. Cancellation less than 30 days prior to your arrival date ARE NON REFUNDABLE, unless we are able to rebook the dates. We will make every reasonable attempt to rebook those dates. Lazy Trout LLC will issue a refund for the days we are able to rebook the booked dates less $50.00 for handling fee. Exceptions are made on a case by case basis.
First come and first to pay deposit will have reservations. Cabins are not held without payment for deposit.
